I teach private individual and group yoga classes, as well as strength and conditioning. We can meet on Zoom or in person.

When working one-on-one with a student, I am able to focus on the specific needs of the individual. Some students choose individual instruction to focus on an injury. Others choose to work on a specific weakness or tightness in one part of the body. And still others are looking to accelerate their practice beyond public group classes. I also teach private group classes for businesses and for special occasions. I can teach you and your co-workers or you and your family and friends.
